Abstract

A large size single crystal metal-free perovskite MDABCO-NH₄I₃ was grown. The crystal exhibits a high PLQY of 53% which resulted from triplet self-trapping excitons recombination, and the variations of crystal structure and band gap under high pressure led to a series of fluorescence color changes. Excellent charge transfer which enables high-performance X-ray response and imaging with sensitivity up to 1997± 80 mC Gy·cm^-2.
