Abstract: The charge transport behavior of molecular perovskite under X-ray excitation based on centimeter-scale TMCM-CdCl3 (TMCM+, trimethylchloromethyl ammonium) single crystal is explored. The X-ray detector shows an efficient photoresponse with a good sensitivity and a low detection limit. This work may open up an effective way to discover a new generation of X-ray detection.
